CLO/CDO Operations Manager

Established Westchester firm is looking for a candidate to perform the following duties below.  Comp range is base of $100-125K + bonus and excellent benefits.  Resumes to switkin@taylorgrey.com



 

Qualifications Required:

 

· Economics/Acctg/Fin Bachelor's Degree

· 3-10 years of relevant experience

· Asset, loan or debt instrument securitization knowledge

· Must understand CLO/CDO/MBS/ABS instruments + Fixed Income

· Trustee test reporting is a plus

· Structural operations knowledge

Reconciliations

· Accrued interest reconciliations

· Prime broker cash and holdings reconciliations

· Compliance reporting on structured loan vehicles, CLO’s, financing, etc.

 

Loan Administration

· Manage loan activity – interest claims, delayed comp

· Financing facilities – monitor and reset

· Accruals

· Valuation and pricing

· Monitor Moody’s and S&P ratings

 

Reporting

· P&L Verification

 

Loan Closings

· Liasing with client, broker and outside counsel

· Review loan documentation
