IB Operations:

IB Operations is a dynamic and diverse division that ensures trades are settled in a timely, cost efficient manner, that risk is minimised and that the client experience is a pleasant one.  Spread across multiple product areas (Derivatives, Securities, Global Finance & Foreign Exchange Operations, Loans, Trust and Securities, as well as cross functional entities) IB Operations strives to do things smarter, faster and more effectively.  It meets the technical and operational challenges of processing transactions worth hundreds of billions of Euros every day, across multiple time zones in all the major currencies and markets.

 

Global Loan Services – CLO Deal Administrator

 

Responsibilities Include:

-Independently service multiple portfolios including transaction input, trade capture, and reconciliations.

-Work with funds administrator to identify cash received

-Contact agent banks regarding missing notices or cash

-Reconcile positions with customers and portfolio administrators

-Work with trustees and clients on closing CLO transactions after warehouse period.

-Assist in supervision of administrators in Bangalore regarding administration of assigned portfolios

-Resolve all customer and agent bank inquiries

 

Skills Required:

-Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

-Ability to handle heavy volume and work within deadlines

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- It would be preferred if the individual currently has:
- Knowledge of loan procedures

- Aptitude in mathematics / analysis would be beneficial

- An above average competency with Microsoft Excel and Word is beneficial.

-Financial services experience, preferably in a loan environment
