Citi Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi") are equal opportunity employers M/F/D/V and do not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status or characteristic.Under supervision from the Project Manager and/or the Senior Business Analyst, the Business Analyst assists in the implementation of Defined Contribution (DC) and/or Defined Benefit (DB) plans for new clients, and participates in major system upgrades for existing products and clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute project tasks as designated by the Project Manager, in accordance with IS Department policies and procedures.
• Participate in projects to install new clients and to implement significant service upgrades to current clients. 
• Technical liaison for the project.
• Identify system solutions that meet client’s business needs.
• Write Client Analysis Requirements documents based on client’s business needs.  Requirements documents can include systems requirements, payroll and other interface specifications, configuration instructions, and custom requirements on new functionality.
• Develop data conversion mapping and perform records reconciliation.
• Create and execute custom reports and transactions on OmniPlus.
• For Defined Benefit plans, configure and test the pension calculation engine.
• Develop and execute user acceptance tests.
• Work with the client and internal partners (primarily IT and Plan Administration) and members from the project team • At least 3+ years in a Defined Contribution and/or Defined Benefit recordkeeping environment
• SunGard OmniPlus and/or OmniPlan knowledge
• Solid Microsoft Excel and Word experience
• Proven ability to work on several concurrent projects
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical and project management skills are also required
• BS/BA required
