CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Corporate headquarters of a large and very successful financial services and life insurance company is looking for someone to oversee their client call center. He/she will be responsible for interviewing, training, monitoring and reviewing a staff, as well as creating/and updating the training manual/processes and procedures; scheduling; interacting with senior staff; researching ways to improve quality and efficiency.
This is a very stable company and industry leader.
A hands-on position requiring at least 2 years of experience managing in a production oriented environment (call center experience is required).
Must have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
He/she must have managed at least 4 people in a similar environment
