ClearPoint Financial Solutions, Inc, a nationally recognized non-profit agency dedicated to consumer financial education, is recruiting for Client Service Representatives in our Richmond, VA(West End) Call Center.  As a Call Center Client Service Representative, you will take inbound phone calls from our clients and general public; educate prospective clients as to the services that ClearPoint Financial Solutions has to offer; act as a client service agent assisting existing clients with the goal of first call resolution of their inquiry.

 

The candidate chosen for this position will possess:

*Previous call center experience

*Previous financial services experience (banking; finance company; credit/collections)

*Excellent customer service and people skills

*Excellent communication  and organizational skills

*Excellent communication skills both oral and written

*A true desire to help others
