This position is responsible for reviewing work completed at any of TrueCredit contact centers to ensure accuracy.  Able to work production in their specialized field when necessary. Records errors on appropriate refer back form with any additional written detail instructions that are needed to complete the transaction correctly.  Performs other related work as required. Duties & Responsibilities 1. Primarily responsible for reviewing associates processed work to ensure that all TC guidelines, procedures and policies have been followed, as well as tracking their level of accuracy. 2. Analyzes data to determine error trends in current practice.  Provides feedback based on early recognition of potential accuracy problems.  Recommends potential training solutions to training staff. 3. Offers recommendations to the Training Department for New Hire training and experienced associates retraining based on trend analysis. 4. Assists the Training Department with presentations relating to retraining topics. 5. Periodically attend meetings within the specific department they support. 6. Identifies areas to be corrected and ensures that necessary corrections are made. 7. Works on special projects as assigned at departmental standards for both production and accuracy. 8. Processes other work received from various departments. 9. Performs other related duties as assigned. H.S. diploma, minimum of nine months¿ previous work experience with emphasis on exceptional standards for production and accuracy preferably in the credit information industry.  Knowledge of credit reporting laws.  Computer skills for data entry, type 30 words per minute, good listening, verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to accurately make independent judgment decisions.  Ability to pass Associated Credit Bureau Certification Exams for Fair Credit Reporting and Effective Consumer Disclosure.
