 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Supervise call center sales personnel Assist with hiring and training of call center sales personnel Monitors day-to-day team activities Meet performance targets Monitor performance and progress of team for strengths and weaknesses Prepare monthly review for Team Able to identify team sales trends and act proactively

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 5 plus years of call center or telemarketing experience 2 years supervisory/managerial experience in a call center environment Proven successful sales management Ability to coach and develop call center personnel State of the art call center capabilities experience: telephony systems, ACD, IVR, quality control, call flow management and reporting Agent monitoring (quality control) experience



ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience managing phone sales representatives that receive an average of 70-80 calls a day where a % of the additional compensation is at risk and agents must meet quota objectives. Previous payments, bankcard or financial products sales experience a plus College Degree a plus Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
