Capital Markets - Treasury - Senior Manager Our R&CM Treasury professionals provide consulting services to a myriad corporate and multinational-companies across all industry segments, including financial services, energy, manufacturing and health sciences.  Service offerings focus on the business processes, controls and technology needed to effectively support financial risk management and treasury functions.    As we continue to grow our national R&CM Treasury team, we are looking for qualified individuals.    The primary role of a manager in our R&CM Treasury practice is to support day-to-day delivery of consulting engagements across the US and globally.  However, given the fast paced growth of our practice, our managers are intimately involved in all aspects of our business, including marketing, sales, eminence, training and hiring.   This position would report directly to the partners who run the R&CM Treasury practice.  Additionally, the manager would interface daily with individuals at all levels across the practice.   Since our Treasury practice operates on a national basis, there is flexibility to be based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago or New York.  Significant travel is required independent of the office location chosen.·   7+ years experience in one of the following: o        Financial Risk Management (F/X, interest rate, commodity risk management) o        Treasury Operations & Cash Management o        Operational Risk & Internal Controls o        Valuation and Risk Analysis o        FAS 133 Implementation Services o        Treasury Technology Implementation   ·   4+ years of Management Consulting Experience ·   BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field required   ·   Strong writing and effective communication skills   ·   MBA/CFA preferred   ·   Project Management experience/certification preferred   Demonstrated Abilities   ·   Play a key role in client retention, relationship building and communication ·   Play a key rolein internal and external communication/deliverable quality including technical content of reports, proposals, etc. ·   Demonstrate high level of understanding of clients business ·   Demonstrate strong knowledge, and a high level of visibility in an industry or functional specialty ·   Identify opportunities to cross-sell other services ·   Membership and visibility in professional & civic organizations ·   Play substantive/lead role in developing a strong relationships with Deloitte Audit and Tax professionals   Ref:cm08About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
