Discover Financial Services, LLC is seeking performance driven individuals who are looking for a challenging and rewarding career to work in our fast paced Customer Service and Banking Department. In the Customer Service Department you will have the opportunity to assist our cardmembers over the phone to discuss their statement questions while building professional rapport. You will use a variety of tools to work with the cardmembers to communicate and educate the importance of credit, APR, and our Cashback Bonus opportunities. Our training department will also provide you with a 6 week in depth training class to ensure you have the skills needed to excel in your position.
