Great opportunity to join one of the top private managers of credit. The Boston office is looking for a Cash Flow Associate to manage finance operations for a group of cash flow funds. The Cash Flow Associate will: Perform daily/weekly compliance and trade reportingConduct monthly reconciliation with Trustee indenture compliance reportsReview funds’ quarterly/semi-annual distributionsPrepare investor reportsAnalyze fund characteristics and make recommendations to funds’ managementAssist with closing and modeling new funds



Candidates must have a Bachelor’s with a strong academic background; degree in accounting or finance is preferred. 2-3 years of experience, tax or audit experience in public accounting is a plus. Additional qualifications include: Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, flexible environmentAbility to prioritize responsibilities and work under deadlines  Ability to read and interpret complex legal documentsStrong team player with the interpersonal skills
