Claims Office Support

COUNTRY® Financial has a Claims Support position available in our Brookfield, WI claims office.  COUNTRY, in partnership with our agents, helps families, individuals and businesses protect their possessions and achieve financial security.  We offer a full range of insurance and financial products and services.  Our exclusive agents serve customers in 14 states.  We have 3,400 employees and 2,000 agents throughout the enterprise.

The responsibilities include providing a high level of technical claims administrative assistance, process claims for settlement. 

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work with a wide variety of staff, management, claims personnel and external contacts in an independent or team-based manner, excellent verbal and written communication and strong relationship building skills,  strong organizational and prioritizing skills, excellent pc skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment.
