Client Account Representative

The Client Account Representative position supports Payroll or HR clients and works with internal team members to provide prompt responses to all types of service inquiries for major account clients. Provides support to application users which includes instruction, troubleshooting, maintenance and evaluations to determine solutions and alternatives. Develops and maintains effective ADP/client communication and ensures client satisfaction and improvement in client retention, track client inquires and escalates to management as appropriate. Continually upgraded knowledge and skill based relating to new product rollouts and existing products. Receives assistance from technical support and others in a team on more complex problems.The Client Account Representative responds professionally and timely to client phone calls and/or emails and investigates, researches, analyzes/tests and resolves problems. Responds to client request relating to products or services ranging from small and simple, to clients with larger and/or more difficult multiple levels/functions. Determines if resolution can be found on initial call or if Tier II resolution is required. Maintain appropriate records of client contact through the CRM (ie Access/Clarify). Use the knowledge base to locate solutions for issues. Ensures that case notes are professional and that they thoroughly detail the problem and resolution and are comprehensive of the issue.
