Client Analyst Summary

The Private Wealth Management Group develops and manages relationships with wealthy individuals and family groups, advising them on ways in which to build and protect their financial assets through equity, fixed income, and alternative investments. A Client Analyst in the Private Wealth Management Group will provide support to the Private Wealth Advisors in the implementation of new client accounts and ongoing servicing of existing clients.

Principal Client Analyst ResponsibilitiesServe as primary contact to the team's clients for all account servicing related issues. Serve as resource to multiple Private Wealth Advisors in supporting client relationships for the team. Provide overview of client reporting and web capabilities to potential new clients. Plan and manage the new account documentation, opening and funding processes. Process and reconcile daily trading related transactions. Manage the ongoing processing of all transactions and ad hoc requests. Serve as key liaison to other areas supporting PWM clients including: operations, performance and compliance. Participate in group projects to improve quality and efficiency within the client services team.

 


Essential Client Analyst Skills & Characteristics Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills Team player Detail-oriented Knowledge of Windows technology (Outlook, Excel and Word) Series 7 and 63 required (must be obtained within first twelve months of employment)
