Client Analysts

The Ayco Company, L.P., a Goldman Sachs Company, is one of the nation’s leading financial counseling firms. We provide comprehensive personal financial advisory and Investment Management services to senior-level executives of Fortune 500 companies.  Due to exceptional growth and expansion, we are looking for qualified individuals to fill several positions in our Investment Services Group, located in our Latham location. 

 

Qualifications:

·  4-year degree required; Finance or Accounting degree preferred;

·  Series 7 and 63/66  required.

·  Knowledge of Windows-based programs (Outlook, Excel and Word); 

·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure;

·  Extremely detail-oriented and organized;

·  At least 1-3 years client service experience required.

Responsibilities:

·  Serve as primary contact for all account servicing related issues;

·  Manage the new account documentation, account opening and funding processes;

·  Process and reconcile daily trading-related transactions;

·  Manage the ongoing processing of all transactions and operational requests;

·  Serve as key liaison to other areas supporting clients, which include operations, marketing and compliance.
