TDAMERITRADE is an equal opportunity employer CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS PROGRAM COORDINATORWORK IN JERSEY CITY, NJTD AMERITRADE Holding Corporation, through its brokerage subsidiaries, is a leading global financial services firm. We provide investors with a broad range of brokerage, mutual fund and consumer financial products and services on an integrated basis.This position is Monday through Friday. Approximately two nights per week, the schedule for this position will be from NOON to 8pm or 1pm to 9pm. (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.) The other three days will be a "traditional" work schedule of 8am to 5pm. This is a fulltime position and the hours will be approximately 40 hours per week. The Program Coordinator, Client Communications, is an entry-level position reporting directly to the Group Manager, Client Communications. The candidate functions as a Project Manager working independently to support the VP, Group Manager and Project Managers in drafting, implementing and executing direct mail, email and Web communication programs.CRITICAL SKILLS: Support the Client Communications department. Webcast production. Traffic Web projects. Lead Web announcement process. Maintain department workflow schedule. Hands-on project management of email and direct mail communication programs. Interface with channel managers, marketing, operations, compliance, and product managers. Direct contact with outside print vendor to proof communications. Data entry into TD AMERITRADE's project workflow system, APRIMO. Maintain communication sample library, Web message library and department intranet Web page. JOB STANDARDS: 0-2 years of communications, marketing or financial experience preferred. 4-year degree in communications, marketing or finance; or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Superior organizational and communication skills. Ability to interface/communicate with all levels of the TD Ameritrade organization as well as outside vendors. Energy for fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Well organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects. Exceptional teamwork and people skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to budget time productively. Candidate needs to be detail oriented, work in a team environment, and have good writing skills and a good attitude. Ability to learn and grow in a challenging and ever-changing environment.
