Established in 1930, First Investors is a financial services firm with administrative and operations offices located in Edison, NJ and on Wall St. and regional sales offices located nationwide. Our New Jersey location seeks a Client Inquiry Correspondent. 

 

This group works directly with our customers receiving calls in a fast paced call center, answering questions related to all phases of our products and services ( no selling). Some of the calls are escalated concerns; others are more general and informational in nature. The individual must be able to manage a diverse array of customer calls, and responsibilities  using a flexible mind set and telephone style. Must have a personable phone manner that exudes professionalism and offers the caller an affable, can-do spirit and positive attitude. Must have good math and problem solving skills and computer experience.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Draft responses to telephone and written inquiries.Research account and paperwork / file information.Compile information for department weekly report.Maintain lunch coverage for Shareholder Services.
