Client Manager, Wealth Management

PSA Financial Center, Inc. is one of the largest independent financial services firms in the greater Baltimore area. We’re a dynamic, fast growing firm seeking an equally dynamic and highly skilled Client Manager to provide asset review and financial advisory services for individual and institutional investors of a Broker/Dealer and independent Registered Investment Advisory firm.

 

The Client Manager will provide regular client reviews for specific accounts and will assist licensed sales personnel with client reviews. The Client Manager will generate and present recommendations to clients, including allocation and/or manager changes and will review retirement projections and provide direction regarding cash, fund reallocation, etc. The individual must be versed in investment and portfolio management fundamentals, with proven ability to articulate that information with clients at all sophistication levels.

 

Requirements:

The Client Manager must be organized, self reliant, motivated, able to work both on your own and with a team, and provide attention to detail.  The Client Manager will be responsible for follow-up on and delegation of meeting items as appropriate. Retail portfolio sales experience, preferably with complex products or solutions is required. Strong listening, communication and presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to both external and internal clients is imperative.

 

The successful candidate will possess strong quantitative and analytical skills as well as the ability to analyze and make suitable recommendations. Candidate must have a comprehensive knowledge of investment vehicles across various asset classes as well as knowledge and experience in specialized asset management and/or as a fiduciary. Must be service oriented with a minimum of 10 years industry practical knowledge and proficient in asset allocation and other financial software, as well as Microsoft products. A Series 7, Series 65, and CFP, CFA, or an advanced degree is required, as well as an acceptable regulatory, professional and personal background.
