Client Relationship Manager
Description:Job Summary and Mission:As a Client Relationship Manager, you proactively manage the development of the business relationship for an assigned base of corporate clients. Key Responsibilities:- Ongoing development of client relationships through regular contact and escalation resolution. - Work to ensure client retention through regular client communication, scorecard, scorecard analysis and trend analysis. - Provide a sound understanding of equity compensation issues and knowledge of equity share plan administration and processing.- Maintain active relationships with a broad base of accounts within Corporate Employee Financial Services. - Ensure corporate clients are aware of UBS products and services that are available to them and their participants.- Build, strengthen and manage client relationships, acting as the senior liaison to the client contacts regarding the customer service operational results of the clients in the team.- Work together with FAs, Sales, Marketing, Client Care and other units within Corporate Employee Financial Services to achieve Firm goals.- Work on relationship, retention and satisfaction of the identified clients along with mining for the opportunities to cross/up sell additional products and services.- Provide pricing, implementation information and contract amendments for add on services. These activities may be done alone or with the assistance of a sales/technical support team.- Manage the client review process from beginning-to-end including maintaining client presentations, documenting client notes and insuring follow through on any resulting action items.- Partner with the assigned client supervisor. - Review issue logs and status reports for clients in preparation for client reviews; partners with supervisors and associates to resolve complex client issues, according to appropriate legal and compliance requirements.- Education Initiatives - Organize online seminars, onsite seminars, education material management.- Roadmap Initiatives and Project Management - Act as Project Manager for individual client and cluster clients projects, including timeline and resource management, and adequate resource allocation.- Management of "Client Barometer" Process - Review and share client feedback to responsible areas regarding the clients satisfaction level.- Create client presentation material and obtain all appropriate materials and collateral.- Anticipate potential client escalations. Proactively communicates action to minimize risk.- Actively partners with established FA team on named accounts to aid in escalations or client reviews.- Coordinate and deliver administration services scorecard, department metrics management and client trend analysis.- Actively drive and regularly communicate with Administration client base to build a strong relationship, identify client needs, and evaluate requirements against industry trends and current administration services.- Input should be shared with the Client Care management staff as well as the Product Management team.- Act as administration consultant, as requested, in product design reviews representing administration business requirements to the Product Management organization.- Track and maintain the client reference process and acts as the key Sales support contact on Administration processes.- Travel is required.Qualifications:- Proficiency in Equity Compensation and UBS product offerings.- Proficiency in MS Project.- Series 7 and 63 preferred but not required.- Direct experience in stock plan administration including global equity plans is a plus.- Passed Certified Equity Professional Level III exam. - Project Management Skills.- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Access, Proficiency in desktop computer/internet applications.oProficiency in Equity Compensation and UBS product offerings.- Direct experience in stock plan administration including global equity plans is a plus.- Display a high degree of professionalism, leadership, and strong management and communication skills.Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceWe can offer you an exciting, fast-paced working environment, a culture of mutual respect and commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and the opportunity to play a vital role in our growth.Job Location: Secaucus, NJJob Number: RUSAUBS120-592672Company URL: http://www.ubs.com/Company Profile:UBS is a leading global financial services firm.
