These meeting will consist of reviewing the current status of their plans regarding plan design and administration issues. The majority of this individual’s client base will consist of “A” clients. Also, the CRM must focus on developing strategies to retain his/her existing client base, develop business strategies and action steps in conjunction with manager to accomplish firm revenue goals, and prepare periodic activity, enrollment, rollover, client meeting, cross-selling, and record keeping reports. Lastly, the CRM will contribute to the Retirement Plan services sales process.
