Client Service Account Specialist

We have an immediate opening for a talented, self-motivated, goal oriented Account Specialist who can provide excellent service to our clients in the financial services industry at our Grove City, OH location. The ideal candidate will have a background in account management, along with proven success in establishing and managing to exceptional service levels in a fast paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. BS in Marketing or Business is preferred. 5+ years professional account management experience.  1st Shift Hours.  Your role will be to orchestrate successful client relationships through excellent service, capitalizing on the following skill sets:   Manage and coordinate the day-to-day workload and special projects through completion.     Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.    Project management including proposal development.   Outstanding communication and team leadership skills.   Manage internal/external client relationships - assuring excellent service delivery.   Analyze current processes & implement process improvements to assure efficient workflow and productivity levels across multiple platforms and service offerings.    Proven ability to gather and analyze appropriate data to proactively influence and plan for future production and service solutions.   Experienced in leading through change.   Highly motivated, self-directed with proven ability to attain identified goals.   Equal ability to focus on big picture and/or details as needed.    Multi-task oriented with a high sense of urgency.    Exceptional interpersonal skills, including ability to interact effectively and manage through conflict with diverse individuals and personalities.
