Position Description:

Position Summary:Establishes, builds and maintains contact with mid-size clients in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship.General Responsibilities:• Researches and responds in a timely manner to moderately complex or mid to large sized clients with regards to their needs and interests.• Acts as a Client Advocate and interfaces between all Departments.• Monitors the effectiveness of systems, policies and procedures and makes appropriate recommendations to ensure daily operations are efficient.• Coordinates new client conversions and existing client testing.Day-to-day Activities:• Understands and assists the client with the shareholder meeting process, product queries and market complexities (e.g. SEC or other market regulations).• Coordinates activities with other internal departments, production and systems, to meet customer needs.• Coordinates client meetings / user groups on and off site to build stronger business relationships.• Monitors project completion from initiation through delivery.

Qualifications:

- Brokerage industry knowledge helpful but not required- 1-2 years experience in a Client Relations/Service and/or Sales related role- Attention to detail required and strong service orientation.
