Cynergy Data is currently seeking Virtual Client Service Representatives

 

Cynergy Data is a merchant processing company that is growing at a rapid pace.  We are expanding our client service group in the Greater Dallas Area and are looking for a group of qualified representatives to take on our Virtual Service program.

 

Qualifications for a Virtual Client Service position with Cynergy Data:

-No less than one year experience in the Credit Card Processing/Bankcard Industry

-Experience working in a fast-paced Call Center environment

-Knowledge of Credit Card Processing software and credit card terminal equipment

-Working experience with FDR, EFS, Paymentech, Vital platforms 

-Outstanding attendance records throughout your previous employment history

-The ability to work and learn independently

-Proximity to the Greater Dallas Area

 

As a Virtual Service Representative, you will be considered an expert in both the Customer Service and Technical Services areas. 



 

Your main duties will Include:

 Promoting an understanding of Merchant's monthly statements, resolve billing problems, track missing deposits, order supplies, refund over charges, cross-sell our services and ensure that all account information on file is recorded accurately.Providing assistance of a technical nature to our client base, which includes troubleshooting terminal/printer problems, resolving hardware issues and building terminal files for download.
