Client Services Manager - Nashville, TN

The Mutual Fund Store is seeking an individual to fill the role of Client Services Manager in our Nashville office.  The Client Services Manager supports our Investment Advisors with many activities relating to our clients and assist with receptionist duties as well. The position is responsible for developing solid long lasting client relationships built upon superior customer service, professionalism, knowledge, and above all a passion for the industry and our clients’ best interests. The position will have regular client contact, a responsibility to create and maintain necessary compliance forms and records.  The successful candidate will need to be very detail oriented.

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong customer service attitude and skills



Interest in the financial industry and mutual fund market, and an ability to quickly learn financial and investment concepts



Professional appearance and communication skills, both oral and written



An ability to work independently and take ownership for results



Strong organizational skills and attention to detail



Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook



A good credit history



No prior criminal history that would prevent employment by an SEC Registered Investment Advisor
