Client Services Specialist

Renowned for our first class client service, PrimeNewswire is seeking to add a motivated and dedicated individual to our team. The shift for this position is M - F 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (possibly 8 - 5).
As part of our Client Services team, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including:
Processing new client membership forms Answering incoming phone callsConducting walk-through demonstrations for our productsHanding account maintenance requests from both internal and external clientsCollaborating with management on special projects
Experience and Skills:
A Bachelor's degree is required. Minimum 2-3 years' previous client services experience in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
