Title: Client Services and Market Data Administrator

 

Reports to:Global Manager of Client Integration and Data Services

 

Responsibilities:

 Work with the Interactive Brokers Sales Team to configure accounts for our Institutional customers.Compile account applications for processingCreate and maintain customer account information

 Provide support to the Interactive Brokers Sales Team opening new accounts for our retail customer base.

 Manage market data relations with over 50 exchanges worldwide.Tasks will include monthly reporting of customer usage to exchangesImplementation of new market data services per exchange offeringsMonitor service costsMaintain exchange agreements for market data services

 Initiate new exchange access and product integrationResearch contract specifications for adding new product for customer tradingUnderstand exchange rules and their effects on the Interactive Brokers trading systemMonitor exchange fees and prepare cost analysis for Interactive Brokers fees

 

Requirements:

 3 to 5 years experience in the financial industry; previous interaction with exchanges and/or project management a plus.BA or BS; Series 7 preferable (not necessary)Computer skills should include proficiency with Excel and Word; experience with database programs a plus.
