Collection Agent

Immediate need for experienced full and part time collection agents with a well established, dynamic, technology driven, and customer service based Connecticut Collection Agency.

Company specializes in Medical bad debt collections.

All candidates must possess a strong work ethic and experience in a fast pace inbound/outbound call center environment, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Proven computer, email, electronic file management and internet based skills a must

Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Person must maintain an integrated work schedule utilizing auto dialer technology.

Other job duties include but are not limited to skip tracing, asset verification, account referral and account follow up with attorneys.

Some evenings may be required

We accomplish collecting debt in a complaint-free environment with full FDCPA and HIPAA compliance.

For full time employees we offer a competitive base salary and a generous commission structure.  

For part time employees we offer a higher than the competition hourly salary.
