We are currently looking for a Collection Compliance Auditor to assist our Collections Quality team at our office located in Draper, Utah.

As a Collection Compliance Auditor you will:

Complete weekly and monthly audits of different functions in the Collection Department. They will include but not limited to re-ages, CCS, Hardships, Settlements, Deceased, etc. Answer exception questions which potentially are reviewed by the Chief Credit Officer (CCO), VP Collections, Directors, and potentially the board. Present findings at weekly staff meetings.

Required Skills


Audits: Detail account and document review for policy and procedure compliance by the Collection’s Department. Reporting: Excel spreadsheets are provided to monitor trending of departmental effectiveness with special programs and other functions. Additional Research: Situation may arise for audits to be completed outside of normal daily duties. Ancillary duties, as assigned.


Required Experience


High School Diploma required; college degree/courses desirable.Previous Collection experience preferred. Strong technical skills; proficient in Word, Excel, FDR. Basic understanding of Credit and Collection practices. Regulatory knowledge helpful. Proactive problem solving, critical thinking, and inductive reasoning skills. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail. Ability to demonstrate effective communication and analytical skills.Ability to operate independently, to multi-task, and to prioritize quickly.
