Collection Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Collection Specialist with a proven track record. Good negotiation/influencing skills and a stable work history are a must.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
(A) Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is necessary to attempt in the collection of debt. This will be adhered to at all times.

(B) Protect and secure personal health information as required by HIPAA

(C) Secure payment in full or payment arrangement with debtors as per company policy / guidelines.

(D) Follow procedures and policy of the office regarding the attempts and contacts with debtors to secure payment in full. The objective is to resolve the account to a zero balance.
