We are currently seeking motivated, entry-level Collection Agents for our October training classes at our Buffalo “Center of Excellence”.

The following are the requirements for this position:

 At least 6 months previous customer service/sales experienceProficiency working with computersTyping skillsHigh school diploma/GEDMust have flexible availability, including occasional weekend shifts

 

Skills in the following areas are critical to success in this role:

 Problem-solving abilityStrong communication skillsSelf-motivated

 

Our agents make top base pay plus UNLIMITED commission!
