Collections Project Liaison

We are currently looking for a Collections Project Liaison to join our contact center in Horsham, Pennsylvania, located just outside of Philadelphia in beautiful Montgomery County.

As a Collections Project Liaison you will:

Assist the Collections management team in efficiently and effectively managing the impact of new product development and changes to programs/processes affected by changes with clients and vendors. Provide research and recommendations, including new ideas to ensure improved workflow.

Additional Responsibilities Manage implementation of recommendations for process improvement by ensuring that approved changes are implemented effectively and efficiently. Participate in cross-functional groups where Collections will be effected.Act as coordinator for all projects relative to Collections. Develop test scripts and work with various business units through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating results and securing approvals from the necessary internal groups such as, but not limited to, Audit and/or Credit Administration. Assist in the planning, collaboration and testing of processes to redesign the workflow of Collections. Ensure that new processes meet original business requirements. Assist Advanta’s Learning team by providing material to support changes.Required Skills

High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience. College degree preferred. 2 to 5 years experience in a credit card default environment. Experience with Collections, Manual Reages, Hardship Programs, bankruptcy is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Self-motivated, focused on deliverables and project success. Knowledge of Advanta’s Small Business Card portfolio, with a concentration on default. Ability to learn MS Project. Strong knowledge of FDR systems Ability to communicate and provide feedback effectively. Ability to form effective relationships with peers, vendors and senior management to work collaboratively towards the goals of the organization. Ability to analyze and interpret statistical data and apply this data in making decisions. Ability to multi-task and set priorities effectively Computer literate; highly proficient in Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, FDR Travel as needed.
