Our Collections Representatives make outbound calls to collect payment from customers who are delinquent on their payday loans. The representative will negotiate payment arrangements with customers while using customer service skills. Employees work in a fast-paced environment and are required to meet monthly goals. Monthly incentives are given based on performance.

 

Requirements

NO COLLECTIONS EXPERIENCE NEDDED!!Excellent communication skills.Exemplify quality customer service skills.Strong telephone etiquette.Team and customer oriented.Strong attention to detail.Strong problem solving skills.Strong ability to adapt to change.Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.Type 25 wpm.Now Hiring Day and Evening shifts.Next Training Class Begins April 7th!
