We are growing and want you to be a part of our success!Opportunities are available for a talented...Full Time Collections Specialist in the Dallas and Fort Worth markets! At Check ‘n Go you’ll gain…·Fun & rewarding career opportunities with advancement possibilities·  Retail work hours that actually fit your life and family…flexible schedules.·Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision & Life ·Matching 401k savings plan·Vacation, Holiday, and Sick Time.  (Full time employees)·Competitive pay (up to $34k/yr.) The Collections Specialist will…· Work assigned delinquent customer list from assigned District.  Ensuring live contact is made.  Ensuring Promise To Pay (PTP) is obtained with each delinquent customer in the assigned District.  Uses superior customer oriented telephone etiquette to get information.· Work with Store Managers (SM) within the assigned District to ensure customer lists are current and information from stores is accurate.  Coaching SM’s as needed on collection best practices.· Organize administrative information i.e. reporting and/or results for the Regional Operations Manager (ROM).  Entering data regarding PTP’s and monies collected into company operating systems.  Report successes or opportunities within the assigned District to the ROM and Senior management as required.· Make “Bank Runs” as needed to collect on customer checks when Store personnel are unavailable.· Must have excellent customer service skills and telephone skills.  Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.· Ability to work under tight deadlines and the ability to work with all types of people.· Must have the ability to work with minimum supervision and good follow-through on assignments.· Must be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.· Must have expert knowledge of collection techniques.  Including a through working knowledge of The Fair Debt Collections Management Act (FDCMA).· Must be extremely organized and a meticulous attention to detail.· Must be able to handle extremely confidential and sensitive information.· Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights and weekends.· High School diploma or GED and special job related training required.· Bi-Lingual is a plus!· Personal reliable transportation & a valid driver’s license are required. We’d love to tell you more…If you’re interested in further exploring an opportunity, submit resume and salary history/requirements. Check ‘n Go is an Equal Opportunity Employer & Values Diversity.
