We are seeking three candidates to join our Operational Excellence Consulting team (Six Sigma) located in Sparks, MD. Position Description

The Operational Excellence internship is a unique and exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working under the leadership of a Six Sigma Black Belt. In this role, interns will be assigned to specific aspects of ongoing process improvement initiatives. Initial responsibilities will include process documentation, process mapping, and analysis using Excel. This role has the potential to grow into a full time career as an Operational Excellence analyst with the opportunity for Six Sigma certification.

Requirements include:

Bachelor’s degree; working towards a Masters of Business Administration is preferred.



Familiarity with Six Sigma methodology is a plus.



Prior work experience or internship experience in a service, financial or manufacturing environment preferred.



Ability to express information through effective verbal and written communications including the ability to conduct presentations.



Strong analytical and problem solving skills.



Proficient in the use of MS Office suite; MS Project and Visio a plus.



Enthusiastic, energetic and highly driven.
