Qualifications Keys large volume of highly complex statistical data into the computer with speed and accuracy. (8,000 ksph with 5% or less error rate) Skillfully synthesizes large quantities of complex information under pressure. Distills it to the most critical issues and draws accurate conclusions, taking into account a high degree of uncertainty. Uses superior customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information. Greets callers, establishes rapport, projects professional tone, handles complaints, and records statistics on each call. Is a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings. Easily adjusts the message to match the audience. Writes powerfully and persuasively using various styles and effectively addresses different needs and audiences. Designs the organization for optimal customer service. Promotes excellence by providing superior service to each customer. Dedicated to exceeding quality standards and providing products and services of the highest caliber. Has superior organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains a comprehensive library of reference and historical data. Uses multiple resources, quantitative, and qualitative research methodologies to capture and interpret information.
