Compensation & Benefits Analyst

A powerful Financial Services firm seeks a Compensation & Benefits Analyst!  In this role you will serve as the primary contact for employees regarding all benefit questions, administer all benefits and compensation programs, maintain job descriptions, manage the year-end compensation process, conduct new hire orientations, research and implement new benefits and much more.  Qualifications include 5+ years of human resources experience with demonstrated knowledge of compensation and benefits, excellent computer skills and solid project management, customer service, interpersonal and multitasking skills.  Experience in financial services and knowledge of Ceridian systems will make you a standout!  Submit your resume for immediate consideration.
