Compensation and Benefits Analyst

Overall SummaryThe Compensation & Benefits Analyst will administer all Natixis GA-US benefits and compensation programs.  The Compensation & Benefits Analyst will act as the primary contact for employees regarding all benefit related questions and interface with the Holding Company regarding benefits   Major Responsibilities

 

CompensationAdminister Salary SurveysAct as main point of contact for survey responsesResearch additional surveys for participationAnalyze survey results to determine and recommend competitive pay practicesManage the year-end compensation processPerform annual market rate analysis and provide compensation recommendations supported by analysisWork with managers to accurately benchmark positions Manage base salary and bonus recommendation process through managers; build efficiencies in current processesAnalyze base salary and bonus recommendations relative to performance ratings and market dataDesign and deliver compensation reports to managementMaintain job descriptions, evaluating new positions for compensation and FLSA status

 

BenefitsAct as administrator for all company benefits including Health & welfare benefits, Retirement benefits, Life & disability insurance, and Other benefits offered by the Natixis GA-US (fitness reimbursement, FSA’s, etc)Administer all employee leaves of absence, educating employees on leave options, providing guidance and instructions on filing for leaves, and providing employees with legally required documentation of leaves  Provide payroll with relative information regarding leaves (partial payments, no payments, etc)Ensure employees understand benefit plans and are properly enrolled in benefitsAct as interface between the Natixis GA-US and Holding Company for benefit related mattersProvide benefit reporting and information to the Holding Company as required/requestedProvide benefit expertise to employees and other HR professionals as it pertains to benefit plansParticipate in benefit surveys, analyze results finding gaps in benefit offerings, and making recommendations for benefit enhancementsResearch and implement new benefitsLead annual benefit open enrollment processProvide complete and accurate information relative to benefit enrollments/changes/terminations to payroll

 

OtherConduct new hire orientationsMaintain the Employee Handbook policy updatesManage and/or participates in the design and delivery of Human Resources projects and initiativesKeep abreast of industry trends and make recommendations as appropriate

 

Experience/Skills Required

·  5 years of related human resources experience with demonstrated knowledge in compensation and benefits

·  Solid project management skills

·  Strong interpersonal and listening skills

·  Ability to handle multiple and diverse priorities concurrently

·  Excellent organizational skills

·  Proactive attitude and strong customer service orientation

·  Solutions oriented

·  Initiative to get the job done and willingness to be part of a team

·  Excellent technical skills (computer skills) and ability to learn new products with ease

·  Ceridian system knowledge helpful
