Compensation & benefits Associate

Are you an up and coming Superstar in Comp & Benefits? Our client is looking for a very bright, creative and highly motivated Comp. & Benefits Assoc. to join their team and support the firm's compensation process. The Assoc. will generate offer letters for new hires, FLSA tracking & compliance, participate in annual surveys and maintain the database, participate in compensation forecasting, develop HR metrics for reporting to Sr. Management and improve ad-hoc reporting.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years compensation experience and be proficient in Excel and Business Objects. Familiarity with developing macros and using Visual Basics a plus.

Must have exceptional analytical skills and be able to work under pressure, have sound decision-making ability and be solution-focused. College degree with a strong GPA score preferred.
