Job Description Compliance Analyst, Retirement Plans Standard Retirement Services, Inc. If that's your kind of challenge, you could be our kind of employee. Consider joining our team. Assure all client plan documents are in compliance with federal laws and regulations. Oversee the creation of all types of contracts and service agreements between SRS and clients in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Draft retirement plan documents, amendments, summary plan descriptions, summary of material modifications, and required participant notices. Prepare IRS determination letter applications to assure plan qualification. Analyze and interpret potential plans for regulatory compliance and make plan design suggestions to deliver client services utilizing best practices. Consult with sales, service, and administration regarding plan design and protected benefit issues. Review and approve client financial contracts and service agreements. Prepare contract amendments and customized contracts. Conduct form filings and negotiate approvals with state insurance departments. Education: Bachelor's degree required. Experience: Three years demonstrated ERISA and retirement plans experience, reading, interpreting and drafting legal documents.
