Compliance Process Consultant

PlumRhino Consulting has an exciting 2-3 month contract opportunity for a Compliance Process Consultant for a financial services company in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years experience with Mortgage Compliance and Process Consulting background. Will consider out of state candidates for this position.

This individual will review our client’s current risk environment, look at best practices, make recommendations for improvements and assist in developing and implementing solution to ensure the field is compliant.

 Requirements:Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations: RESPA, HMDA, ECOA, Fair Lending Act etc. Previous process consulting and project experience within mortgage environments Strong Communication skills both verbal and written
