Position:

Artisan Partners has an immediate opening for a Compliance Specialist in our Milwaukee office working closely

with our retail, institutional, broker dealer, and defined contribution marketing groups. This position will require

development of a working knowledge of applicable SEC and FINRA securities regulations and GIPS standards. The

compliance specialist will be required to interpret and apply that knowledge to various communications, including

correspondence, sales literature, advertising, institutional material, RFPs and questionnaires to ensure compliance

with applicable regulations. The compliance specialist will also be expected to assist in preparing regulatory filings

and developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• FINRA Series 6 and 26 or ability to obtain within six months of hire

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics or business administration, or equivalent in experience

• Dedication to quality and strong work ethic

• Detail oriented

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Prior compliance experience in the investment management industry a plus
