POSITION:  CONSUMER FINANCE BRANCH MANAGER, Dover, DE

HOURS & DAYS:  Office Hours:  Monday, 9-5:00p.m., Tuesday, 9-7:00p.m., Wednesday, 9-5:00p.m., Thursday, 9-5:00p.m., Friday, 9-5:30p.m.

 
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:  This position requires direct responsibility for the profitable operation, smooth functioning, and leadership of the Branch Office, and effective coordination of customer services in the local Branch market area.  Specific responsibilities include income generation and expense control, consistent with the attainment of annual planned growth retention goals in the loan, fee income, and utilization of all other available products and services; plus proper utilization and development of assigned Branch personnel.  The manager is also responsible for the implementation and control of policies and procedures as determined by Executive Management, and local responsibility for the security of financial assets and records maintained by the Branch Office, including Branch equipment, furniture, fixtures, and supplies.


POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:  High School diploma plus completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in a business related discipline.  Recent completion of a lending training program or related course of study would substitute for a degree.  At least (5) years of directly related experience would also substitute for a degree.  Must have at least (3) years’ supervisory experience with a sales/finance branch.  The successful candidate must have demonstrated proficiency in customer service, sales, negotiation, and service improvement.  Outstanding interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills.  Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.  Demonstrated ability to successfully perform a variety of tasks with frequent conflicting time demands and regular interruptions.
