We are looking for a highly experienced strategic planner to oversee the dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements, and annual audits and budgets.

The primary responsibility of this position is to analyze and ensure the quality of accounting information according to GAAP concerning income, expense, assets, liabilities and capital as a basis for management planning and decision making, and for fulfilling financial reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with SVP -Finance and Performance Management to manage the financial reporting, accounting, annual budget and other organizational performance reporting requirements. We are seeking a dynamic individual to perform the following: Perform the monthly analysis of the financial statements and management reports; identifying, explaining, and resolving trends for the Board of Directors and CEO Identify and implement new management reporting requirementsPerform detail review of actual performance to ensure on track with the budget Prepare detail analysis and provide divisional leaders with information needed to control spending and to hit revenue targets Revise monthly forecast of finance performance including budget, cash and P&L Develop accounting policies and procedures Maintain and update accounting/finance system Maintain strong focus on process improvements, automation, controls and staff development Ensures quarterly control over performance reporting prepared for CEOOffers insight and analysis of trends, making recommendations to ensure targets and benchmarks are successfully accomplished Required Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5 - 10 years of hands-on accounting managerial experience Strong working knowledge of MS Excel/ Office Suite. CPA strongly preferred
