We are currently seeking a corporate call-center trainer for our facility in West Palm Beach, FL

The key responsibilities for this position are as follows:

 Conducts all training for new hiresConducts refresher training and ongoing training of existing employeesMonitors progress of new team members and coaches them on improvementMonitors all representatives monthly to ensure accuracy and quality of their calls Issues feedback to the departmentProvides coaching and on-job training when requiredResponsible for 30/60 day reviews for traineesAnswers calls when not in training or monitoring phone calls

 

The following are the requirements for this position:

 High School diploma or equivalent College degree preferred2+ years of corporate training experience Call center experience required  

·         Dynamite presentation skills

·         Positive & up-beat personality

·         Must be able to work nights and weekends

 

Skills in the following areas are critical to success in this role:

 Strong verbal and oral communication skillsSelf-motivatedMulti-tasking ability
