Job Description: Client Financial Management professionals provide their services from the opportunity phase through contract completion in the areas of GAAP compliance, internal controls, budgeting/forecasting, contract profit and loss management, and advisory services to our customer leadership teams and corporate leadership. Working with engagement executives to set up and coordinate an engagement(s)' work, financial management processes, tools, and reporting structure, including analyzing financial results for the engagement team(s), the client(s), and the appropriate internal organization Supervising CFM Analyst(s) and, if applicable, other members of the engagement financial support. Executing on client/program financial processes: assisting/developing financial reporting package, developing bill template and establishing/managing collection process Performing on forecast management activities (input collection, processing, reasonableness validation, interpretation and report creation) and comparison of performance data metrics Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or 3.75 out of 5.0 OR Bachelor's degree in a Business Related field with a minimum of 9 credit hours of Accounting and a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or 3.75 out of 5.0 2+ years accounting or finance work experience Preferred Skills/Requirements: Must be able to work at all of the following locations: Reston, Alexandria, Arlington, Washington DC Good knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Sarbanes-Oxley Strong Excel skills Experience with Government Accounting Experience with Comet and/or Microsoft Access Financial accounting experience including skills in reconciliation, invoice preparation, processing financial transactions, and preparing financial budgets Professional Skills Requirements: Demonstrated supervisory skills and the ability to leverage support from other parts of the organization Proven ability to work independently and as a team member Ability to be flexible and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational, multi-tasking and analytical skills To submit resume online Click Here Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
