About the Responsibilities:

§ Partnering with our technology managers to devise and implement creative search strategies

§ Developing and maintaining high-quality candidate pipelines

§  Managing agency relationships

§ Mentoring junior staff

§ Capturing and monitoring search metrics

 

 

About the Position Requirements:

§ Bachelor’s degree from one of the nation’s top universities

§ Three plus years technology recruiting at a highly selective organization

§  Big picture, conceptual thinker who is highly detail-oriented

§ Commonsense approach to problem solving and prioritization

§ Able to make decisions within in a fast-paced environment

§ Superb organizational skills; ability to prioritize and process a high volume of work while maintaining the highest quality

§ High energy and proactive attitude; seeking to contribute and improve efficiency in all areas

§ Comfortable giving and receiving criticism

§ High proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
