Cpg Service Technician 3

Job Description: Performs duties related to the general building repair and maintenance, including repairs and maintenance to the mechanical and HVAC systems. Depending on the region, the incumbent may be required to carry or secure licensing to perform duties within the scope of their responsibilities. May serve as team lead. * Maintain building HVAC systems assigned. * Includes company vehicle and tools. * Willing to drive too and maintain buildings in multiple locations and cities in Idaho. * Travel required. ( Company provided vehicle ) * Plumbing repairs. * Light bulb and ballast replacement. * General maintenance repairs. * Strong people skills. Minimum Qualifications: * 5 or more years experience in the HVAC field. * EPA Universal Refrigerant Certificate required. * Valid Drivers license Preferred Skills: * Refrigerant recovery, charge checking, and system clean-up skills. * Soldering and brazing skills. * All aspects of refrigeration and boiler repairs / service / replacement. * Electrical controls and troubleshooting.
