The basic function of this position is to develop content in either the area of communications, procedural documentation, or training using a variety of mediums such as Web, online media, print collateral, websites, and multimedia programs. These programs will be developed to communicate, market, and/or educate PSCU-FS employees, member-owner credit unions, and prospective member-owners on PSCU-FS products, procedures, events, and general information.QualificationsEDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree; majoring in Education, Communication, English, Marketing, Technical Writing, Management Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Masters Degree preferred in any of the above. EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS:1. Minimum five (5) years Microsoft Office experience. Proficiency required. 2. Minimum three (3) years professional experience developing technical documentation, communication materials, or training programs according to published standards.3. Minimum three (3) years experience using HTML editors (FrontPage and/or Dreamweaver) and Adobe Acrobat.4. Understanding of standard concepts, practices, and principals of print, online, multi-media, or web development.5. Must have the ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work in a team environment.6. Ability to be a self-starter and demonstrate attention to details required.7.
