Credit Card Product, Process and Delivery Manager

Must bring a good amount of energy to the table!! About the Opportunity  Manager in charge of product development, process improvement, and sales delivery using best in class competencies for Commercial and Consumer Credit Card business. Responsible for managing and optimizing outsourced business and technology partners. Directs team of Product Managers, Conversion Managers, and Product Specialists to support the high-growth credit card business.Own the business partner relationships directly tied to the support and management of Consumer and Credit Card products, to include: SLA’s, contract management, cost containment and overall customer experience. Lead product, process & sales delivery department in the development and delivery of effective product solutions that drive financial results for the credit card business. Bring new product ideas to senior management that enhance the customer experience and drive incremental sales on the credit card products. Manager in charge of determining internal and external customer requirements, along with customer directed initiatives. Manager in charge of delivering “best in class” technology to the credit card customer through POS market innovation and vendor technology. Lead cross-functional product development teams, including operations, systems, sales, communications, marketing and third-party vendors Enhance the delivery of effective project management for the design and implementation of new products Attend industry trade shows and internal sales meetings to identify product needs and requirements when necessary Develop process to capture the internal and external voice of the customer for assistance in strategic product planning Design effective product delivery tools and improve overall product effectiveness Manager in charge of maintaining a strong knowledge of banking and card network regulations along with a command of the credit card point-of-sale (POS) technical environment. Lead in determining key communications/technology and interface with the company and its card and consumer customers.
