Credit Integrity Associate

The overall purpose of the position is to provide quality control for certain elements of the commercial credit document, including reviewing spreads, LGD ratings and risk ratings. These areas represent the core of commercial credit documents from which credit adjudication decisions are made. These are also areas that are closely monitored by the OCC and therefore a quality control component is essential. The Credit Integrity Associate would also provide specific counseling to analysts/RMs when errors are identified.Performs quality control audits on designated sample of work completed by Analysts/Associate Bankers/PMs/RMs embedded on the line relative to Middle Market, Large Corporate and Capital Market deals.Provide coaching to Analysts/Associate Bankers/PMs/RMs as errors are identified to prevent future errors.Performs other miscellaneous duties as requested.QualificationsRequires the completion of a 4 year degree to include the completion of accounting courses.Special Job Requirements:Knowledge is normally acquired by completion of 1 year of credit or related business experienceBachelors Degree RequiredMonday - Friday Geography National City offers job satisfaction, growth and development at thousands of locations, including this opportunity in US-OH-Cleveland We Offer Related Information National CIty Corporation subsidiaries and member banks are Equal Opportunity Employers.
