Customer Care - Inbound Telephone Contact Center

Ascend One Corporation, with headquarters in Columbia, MD, provides financial products and services designed to help consumers improve their financial 'health'.

Our Customer Care Associates assist our customers via inbound telephone calls.  Using their customer service experience along with the training we provide, they are able to help respond to/assist our customers relating to their accounts.

Following an extensive (paid) 5 week training program at our headquarters in Columbia, MD, our Customer Care Associates perform their jobs from the comfort of their home offices.  This is a professional customer service position, similar to other 'inbound contact center' positions, without a commute!

Qualifications for this position include:Minimum of 2 years customer service experience, including inbound telephone contact center experienceExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Proven ability to multitask in a busy call center environmentPrior experience working at home or with little direct supervisionPrivate home office setting (free of distractions), personal computer, high speed internet connection, and phone line (no long distance required - used only to connect to our phone system)Ability to attend training M-F, 9 to 6, in Columbia, MD for 5-6 weeksAbility to work a M-F, 1 to 10 p.m. work schedule (schedules may change, and may require a Saturday or Sunday)
